Artist of the Week: The Ready Set (c) 2017

Jordan Witzigreuter is a singer-songwriter and musician from Indiana who would create music from the luxury of his parents basement. That is where his solo project The Ready Set began and has continued for a decade. Witzigreuter is in many ways a one man band. Although he brings out a band when he goes on tour he can also play his own instruments. He has released four albums his recent being I Will Be Nothing Without Your Love, last year. His biggest hit “Love Like Woe” came from his 2010 album, I’m Alive, I’m Dreaming. The song peaked at No. 27 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and was certificated platinum in the U.S.. Witzigreuter began making pop punk music but slowly gone more electropop and indie pop with each album. Witzigreuter has jumped from label to label and is currently with Hopeless Records. Recently he released the song “Paycheck” with Dropout which has surpassed over 200,000 streams on Spotify. The song was also featured on Spotify’s Young & Free playlist. He also recently produced a song for Call Me Karizma called, “Black & Blue.”
